By accessing or using Gateplex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
Gateplex is a non-custodial AI governance and observability platform that allows developers and teams to monitor, log, and enforce policies on AI agent activity. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, guardrail configuration, audit trail generation, and compliance reporting tools.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Your use of the Gateplex API is subject to the intercept limits defined in your subscription plan. Exceeding your plan's monthly intercept limit will result in requests being rejected with a 429 status code until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access in cases of abuse or activity that threatens the stability of the Service for other users.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including intercept logs, agent configurations, and project data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Upon account termination or cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@gateplex.ai.
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by Gateplex and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Gateplex's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data processed through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gateplex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gateplex and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@gateplex.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed upon.
