Gateplex ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data when you use gateplex.ai and its associated API ("the Service").

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide. This is used solely to operate and manage your account.

Usage data

We collect data about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the dashboard. This helps us improve the product and diagnose issues.

Intercept data

When you use the Gateplex API, you send us AI agent intercept logs — including prompts, responses, model names, latency values, and any metadata you choose to include. This data is stored on your behalf and is accessible only to you. We do not read, analyze, or train on your intercept data.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.

• To process payments and send billing-related communications
• To send product updates, security notices, and support responses
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored using Supabase, which provides AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Row-level security policies ensure that your data is strictly isolated from other users at the database level.

API keys are stored as one-way SHA-256 hashes. The raw key is shown to you only once at creation and is never stored in recoverable form. We recommend treating your API keys as passwords and rotating them regularly.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.
• Payment processors: Payment data is handled by our payment provider. We share only the minimum information required to complete a transaction.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to log in to the Service.

7. Data retention

We retain your account data and intercept logs for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for export, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing support@gateplex.ai.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

9. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
