Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Gateplex. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:
Monthly Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with Gateplex Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
If you purchase an annual plan and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion.
Enterprise Plans
Refund terms for Enterprise plans are outlined in the individual service agreement.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@gateplex.ai with your account email and reason for the refund request. We will process all eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
